Breastfeeding Mums are mums who know what's best for their babies. They know that the best start to life comes from breastfeeding. Unfortunately there are still many mothers who don't yet know all the benefits of breastfeeding.

But, don't despair. You can help spread the breastfeeding message that each mother's baby needs her!

How you can help

Well, you can promote breastfeeding in a number of way. Maybe you could breastfeed in public, share your breastfeeding story on our site (like many mothers already have), wear clothing that promotes breastfeeding, talk about it to women who are currently pregnant or attend breastfeeding support groups to help breastfeeding mums who are finding it difficult.

These are just a few of the ways that you can help let women and men, children and friends know that breastfeeding is a wonderful gift that provides a wealth of benefits for both babies and the mums who breastfeed them!
