Credit Cards: Cash Back Credit Cards

For many, the concept of a cash back credit card makes a lot of sense. After all, you use your credit card to make your purchases knowing that you will receive a percentage cut of your spendings back again every six months or so. This can mean a nice little bonus for you once in a while, particularly if you use your credit card a lot in your day to day use.

However, beware. Cash back credit cards only really make sense for you if you are careful about clearing your outstanding balance every month, otherwise the disadvantages outweigh the benefits as many cash back credit cards carry a higher interest charge than regular credit cards.
