Signs of Labor

Do you know the signs of labor? After possibly making it through nine long months of pregnancy, you are probably eagerly awaiting the first signs that indicate your baby's arrival... So how will you know if you are in labor?

If one or more of the following occurs, then the chances are that your labor has either started or is certainly imminent:

Diarrhoea

Vomiting

Increased Discharge/ Show

Backache

Contractions

Dilation of Cervix

Lightening

Rupture of the Membranes (Waters Breaking)
